This was it; the first Tinkerweekend aka 'Tinksterweekend' from the NSvT after a long time. Also today, day three of the weekend, we had fun, saw beautiful horses, learned, played and laughed. It was a success!
Thank you to all participants who participated in dressage this weekend, who participated in a clinic or from whom we were allowed to 'borrow' a horse for the training of judges.
Perhaps an even bigger 'thank you' to everyone who helped us. From the preparations, to writing to the jury and (digitally) answering questions if we didn't know them for a while. Not to mention the fantastic location!
We enjoyed the beautiful sport, nice people and fantastic horses.
Worth repeating! See you next year, when we hope to ride along too!

Where can you find things like this and where is this?
The first day of our Tinksterweekend is already over! Yesterday we had a very pleasant day with nice combinations in classes B to Z1, an instructive clinic "judging tinkers" and of course a lot of fun!
Thanks to participants and congratulations on the points achieved.
On to day two, we wish everyone good luck and fun! ... Bekijk meerBekijk minder

NVWA will monitor more strictly the registration obligation for horses
Inspectors of the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority will monitor the identification and registration obligations that apply to keepers of horses, ponies and other 'equines' more emphatically. Reasons for stricter supervision of compliance with this I&R policy include the necessary tracing of animal diseases.
Since last year (April 21, 2021) there has been a tightening of the identification & registration policy for holders of equidae. This tightening up is an obligation under European legislation, which makes rapid tracing possible in the event of an outbreak of an animal disease. For this reason, it is necessary to have a picture of locations where equids are kept.
Every equine animal must have a chip, a (horse) passport and be registered on a Unique Company Number (UBN) if the horses usually reside at that UBN.
Are you the operator of a location where equidae are kept? Then you must meet the following requirements:
The location has a UBN number for equines;
Equidae are linked to this UBN number (for stays of 30 days or longer);
Passport must be present at the location where the horse is staying;
Documentation obligation (local company register) of equidae that are present or absent for more than 24 hours. This company register is free of form and may be kept on paper or electronically.

NVWA will be stricter on registration of horses - LTO

Still a lot to do
If a horse is before 2009 and does not leave the yard, is a chip not mandatory?
What then, are they going to kill my horse if there is an outbreak in so many miles???
